Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: All our parts prices include the shipping! The free shipping is the cheapest way possible to get this to your house. We offer expedited shipping as well, just contact us for a quote.
Q: I ordered an item from you. What's with the crazy looking box?!
A: Here at Klenk's, we try to be a green company and reuse many boxes and misc supplies for packing material. We didn't go all out with custom printed boxes with nifty graphics. We reuse the boxes that we received from previous orders from our suppliers.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes but only in the state of Indiana.
Q: I bought a part that was described as "New" but when it arrived there was no factory packaging. What gives?
A: 95% of our parts inventory are brand new parts off of scrapped, brand new appliances that were damaged too badly in freight to sell as a whole appliance. We do test most of our parts before they go out as well to ensure that you the customer get a quality product therefore it may look like it's been installed at one time. That's also why the prices are only a percentage of what a new part would cost from the manufacturer.
Q: Are the appliances on your website everything you have in stock?
A: Heck no! We average about 300 appliances in stock at any given time. There just happens to be 300+ appliances and one e-commerce employee =/ . If you're looking for something specific that's not on our site, please email us and see if we have it!
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
