The General Appliance Store does offer a return policy on items purchased on this website. All returns must be authorized by The General Appliance Store before being returned. Please email about returns.

Return policies are a follows:

Any part that is to be returned must be in the exact condition that it was shipped in and there is a25% restocking fee minus our shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipment. If you return your part and it has tool marks or is damaged when it arrives WILL NOT BE CREDITED. The General Appliance Store will refuse the shipment and it will be returned to sender. The General Appliance Store advises that all customers returning items get insurance on the package.

Any appliance that a customer would like to return is subject to a 30% restocking fee minus our shipping costs. The appliance must return in the exact condition as it was described when it was shipped to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return freight. The General Appliance Store advises all buyer to be sure of EXACTLY what you are ordering. Get the model # of the appliance and go waste some of Lowe's or Home Depot's associates time and have them show you the exact unit you are looking to buy!
